By using Tournly, you agree to these terms of service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Service Description

Tournly provides a SaaS platform for organizing and managing padel and racquet sports tournaments, including bracket generation, score tracking, and player management.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person or organization
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations

Acceptable Use

• Use the service only for legitimate tournament management
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform
• Respect other users and maintain sportsmanlike conduct
• Do not use the service for illegal activities

Payment Terms

Manager subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for unused service periods.

Limitation of Liability

Tournly provides the service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for tournament outcomes, disputes, or indirect damages.
